Topping out ceremony
On Friday 24 November the Headmaster Tom Lawson, the
Chairman and Vice Chairman of Governors Philip Broadley and Jonathan Watmough
were joined by members of the Project 150 Campaign Committee and the Heads and
Deputy Heads of School for the “topping out” ceremony of Phase 2 (The Winn
Building). The ceremony was led by Jason Griffith Regional Director of VINCI
and the tour was led by senior members of the construction team.
The photographs of the assembled group were taken in the new
Dining Hall and the new Sports Hall.
The size and scale of the new development is breath taking
and it was clear to those present just how transformational Project 150 will be
in terms of improving and enhancing everyone’s experience at the College.
