P150 progress
We are now in the final stretch of concluding the works and preparation for the opening of the new building as part of P150. All the classrooms have been finalised and cleaned alongside the link into the Nugee building. The Birley Centre has also seen its links on two different levels finished.
The pool has been filled and technology is now in place to keep the water in optimal condition. The last pieces of sports equipment are being installed in the sports hall and line marking has been laid.
Next week will see the kitchen and café fit out installed. The external paving works and remaining facades are all progressing well. Watch this space.
