Charlotte always knew that she wanted to go into fashion buying so she took a gap year to gain experience. She worked in a clothing store, completed a buying internship and did a short course for buying and merchandising in London. Now Charlotte works as an assistant buyer for the fashion brand COS (Collection of Style), part of the H&M group, which has over 250 stores in over 40 markets around the world. She analyses past sales figures, predicts future fashion trends and uses consumer knowledge to produce the next season of ladies shoes and accessories.
