Headmaster’s Commendations May 2013
The Headmaster would like to commend the following pupils:
Monty Wilson, Year 13 Pennell, and Hannah Manton, Year 12 School House, on their leadership as captains of the swimming team this year. They have led from the front motivating and setting an excellent example to other members of the squad in both training and at matches. They have engaged with the new, younger members of the squad and attended events throughout their busy schedules.
Luke Stacey, Year 10 Powell, who, having joining the school halfway through the year with very little knowledge of Latin, has worked hard to catch up with the rest of his class. He has shown real determination and an outstanding desire to apply himself despite having many other commitments.
