Headmaster’s Commendations
The Headmaster is pleased to commend the following pupils:
William Cutler (R9) for his resourceful and public spirited action today. An elderly local man slipped and fell on the pavement opposite the Medical Centre while William was being collected by his mother. William alerted the Med Centre immediately and was most helpful in obtaining blankets and other comforts while we waited for an ambulance to take the man to hospital.
Isaac Chu (P), Chloe Cox (B), Shaumya Kularajan (Wt), Ella Lloyd (A), Like Muschialli (Pw), Sophie Nicholles (Wt), George Pool (C) and Henry Turnbull (P) for their superb performances in their GCSE mock examinations.
Elena Yang (S10) and David Cui (G10) for coming first and second in the Intermediate National Mathematics Challenge. Their results place them in the top 500 in their year group in the UK and they have therefore both qualified for The Mathematical Olympiad.
