Eastbourne College presents: Charity Concert

Trinity Exam Board pupils will be performing their exam pieces alongside other guest performances as part of a whole-school charity concert. Funds are being raised to go directly to a Zulu village orphanage in South Africa, which was visited by some of our sixth form as part of a wider cultural and conservation trip in March 2024. The 105 orphans are all placed here for a variety of reasons including parental AIDS or abuse.
One of the main requests from the orphanage was to install a reverse osmosis water-purification system to provide clean drinking water. In May 2024, it was announced that the South African government is slashing funds for this orphanage by as much as £42,000.
