Eastbourne Festival winner
Nadya Boboshko’s painting will be featured on the cover of the 2014 Eastbourne Festival programme. Nadya’s oil on canvas painting was selected as the winning entry in a competition to find a suitable image.
The painting was completed during summer 2013 as part of a Shoreline Discovery painting project undertaken by all Year 10 artists. Nadya spent several weeks exploring the shoreline through drawing, photography, printing and painting. The oil on canvas painting was the culmination of this project.
Nadya, Year 11 Nugent, is a member of the College’s Gifted and Talented Programme. She has outstanding artistic ability and shows exceptional commitment to art and design.
