Thirty-one A level biologists recently spent five days at Dale Fort on the Pembrokeshire coast studying saltmarsh and rocky shore ecology.
Their studies included estimating the shore crab population of Dale beach, looking at succession on the Gann estuary saltmarsh, studying the behaviour of sand hoppers and carrying out individual investigations on rocky shore organisms.
