We are raising as much as we can to help beat cancer, by publicly shaving our heads for the amusement of our pupils, colleagues, friends and family.

Cancer has already taken close family members and friends of ours, and it’s affecting close friends and colleagues every day too, which is why we are fundraising for Cancer Research UK.
Currently we have Mr Medlycott, Mr Bunce, Mr Longden, Mr Karunanayake, Mr Shakespeare, Mr Spraggon, Mr Hart and Mr Beal, who have all pledged to shave their heads (and beards in some cases). The Headmaster, Mr Lawson, has also pledged to shave off his beard after Speech Day.
While shaving our heads is not physically challenging, it’s not going to be easy – many of us have unflattering shaped heads. I assure you, this won’t be pretty.
