Alice and Harry shine in Prestigious Auditions
We are delighted to announce that Alice C and Harry S have made it through highly competitive auditions to be selected for the prestigious National Youth Choir. This achievement will give them access to world-class training, performance opportunities and the chance to sing alongside the UK’s most gifted young vocalists. Tomorrow, Alice and Harry will both be competing in the final of the Ashburnham English Song Award, with pupils having been selected from schools across Sussex. The award is to be judged by Catherine Wyn-Rogers (Royal Opera, Covent Garden, Glyndebourne Festival Opera), Paul Nilon (Opera North, ENO) and Ashley Beauchamp (Musical Director of the Glyndebourne Youth Opera).
