National appointment for our Head of CCF
The College is delighted to announce that Colonel Anthony Lamb MBE DL (Deputy Head Co-Curricular) has been appointed as the new Combined Cadet Force Colonel Cadets for the country from the start of next year. He will combine this role with his current responsibilities at the College.
This is a new senior volunteer leader role that has been created in the Combined Cadet Force, initially focusing on the Army Section, that will strengthen the way the Army Cadets listen to the ideas and concerns of our volunteers and he will act as advisor on CCF matters to the MOD’s Cadet Branch
Colonel Lamb’s involvement in the Army’s Cadets has spanned many roles, including roles as a contingent commander, a cadet commandant in Sussex and as Colonel Cadets for the South East region. He is a well-known member of the CCF across the country. Many congratulations indeed.
