Aquathlon 2024
Yesterday, Eastbourne College was buzzing with excitement as over 100 pupils took part in our highly anticipated inter-house aquathlon. It was a day filled with fierce competition and plenty of school spirit.
The aquathlon, which consisted of a challenging swim followed by a run, saw students from all houses pushing themselves to the limit, every participant gave their all, demonstrating both determination and sportsmanship. The atmosphere was fantastic, with students cheering on their housemates and offering encouragement.
A special thanks goes out to Mr Harrison and Mr Allchorn, whose hard work ensured the event was a huge success. From the meticulous planning to the smooth running of the competition, they truly put on a spectacular day that will be remembered for a long time to come. Their efforts, along with the support of the staff and volunteers, made the day not only enjoyable but seamless for all involved.
We’re already looking forward to the next inter-house competition, where no doubt the same level of energy, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship will be on full display once again.
