Enterprise Day
The whole of Year 10 recently took part in an enterprise challenge run by specialist external company, Big Bang Boom.
Pupils were required to set up a marketing company and develop a pitch to win the marketing campaign contract for the soft drink “Suso”. The series of challenges not only allowed pupils to develop an understanding of business, especially the workings of a marketing agency, but also helped improve their presentation, team working, creativity and problem solving skills.
Following the final presentation the winners were announced. The overall winning team was Team 15 (Camilla Barker (School), Jessecca Chapman (Watt), Barnaby Flint (Gonville), Edward Flowers (Powell), Isabel Igbokwe (Blackwater), Ben McKeown (Reeves) and Edward Were (Pennell).
The prize for the best individual presentation was awarded to Finn Dexter (Wargrave).
