Winning performance
On Saturday 1 February the College show jumping team took part in an NSEA Inter-Schools competition at Golden Cross Equestrian Centre in Hailsham.
The Eastbourne College team – Rosie Brown, Lauren Carr, Serena Flower and Lily Kelly – were placed first, winning Class 4 (80cm Novice show jumping) and beating 10 other school teams.
Lily Kelly was the third fastest rider in the class with an impressive clear round. She was competing against approximately 50 other riders!
Harriet Dipper and her horse, Magnum PI completed two fantastic clear rounds in the 70 and 80cm classes. Harriet was competing as an individual rider representing the College.
