Beachy Head 10k run
In late October, 35 willing souls with Craig House connections – current and former pupils, current parents and parents of former pupils, members of staff and some younger siblings – took on the Beachy Head 10k run to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
It was a fantastic event which was greatly enjoyed by all. The Craig House spirit was alive and well both on the run itself and over much needed refreshments in a local hostelry afterwards. While, thankfully, everyone made it round the course in one piece, special mentions must go to Archie Meikle who finished third out of hundreds of runners, and young Henry Turnbull of St Andrew’s Prep, who came sixth – both outstanding performances.
Craig House has now raised £2250 since the start of term for the Teenage Cancer Trust, this year’s chosen charity.
