Careers Evening
Last week, a group of pupils attended one of the regular Careers Evenings and listened to some interesting and insightful talks. In the current highly competitive landscape for both job applicants and firms, the Careers department is equipping our school leavers with proven skills, abilities, work experience and internships to make them highly employable. During the Careers Evening, pupils were able to ask questions and gained a real insight into potential professions such as journalism, law, fashion and policy making.
Thank you to the speakers Melanie Cheary, Rowan Planterose, Dr Alister Scott and Zoe Souter, and the parents, Old Eastbournians and local businesses that were present and assisted with the delivery of the event.
