Charles’ 6000 mile walk

Eastbournian Charles Compton (Powell 2001-06), who is walking round the
coastline of Britain to raise money for and awareness of the Mental Health
Foundation, visited the College yesterday.
Charles,
who was on a rest day after seven days’ walking, was welcomed to the College by
Headmaster Tom Lawson (pictured) and Eastbournian Society Director David
Stewart. He had a
chance to look round the Nugee Building and tell us about the progress he has
made so far since starting the walk two weeks ago.
