Extended Project presentations
Upper Sixth pupils gave their Extended Project presentations last week. This is an assessed part of their Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and comes at the end of the process as they complete their essays on a wide variety of subjects, reflecting the range of academic interests of our pupils. Questions this year include:
· ‘What makes a psychopath tick?’
· ‘To what extent can Franz Kafka’s works be read as expressionist texts?’
· ‘Should sweatshops be allowed?’
· ‘What defines a personal identity?’
· ‘To what extent has feminism gone too far?’
· ‘Do women make better leaders than men?’
· ‘Does globalisation mean the end of minority languages?’
· ‘How Far is the Power of a Placebo Useful in Modern Medicine?’
