Young Musician 2018
The 2018 Young Musician of the Year Final took place in the Birley Centre yesterday. The College was delighted to welcome tenor Mr Mark le Brocq to judge this year’s competition.
Pupils, staff and members of the public enjoyed some superb performances in each of the four classes – Duet, Junior, Intermediate and Senior. Congratulations to Tom Sangster, who was awarded the overall prize of Young Musician of the Year for his fantastically energetic and exciting saxophone performance. Well done to all the finalists and winners of each category.
